• Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days per week services available. Office hours: M-F 8am-5pm
• Eligibility: Children, under age 21, full-scope Medi-Cal beneficiary, receiving other mental health services. Child must also meet ONE of the following criteria: Currently placed in a RCL 12 or higher group home or is being considered for one of these facilities; has had at least one psychiatric hospitalization in the past 12 months or being considered for hospitalization; has utilized TBS in the past, or transitioning to lower level of care. TBS is voluntary and must be accepted by both the client and caregiver. A caregiver must be present at all times when services are provided in the home. The caregiver is also expected to participate in the program.
